Recently, Genesis Wallan hosted one of Riyadh’s most exclusive gatherings. The alternative option, Qassim date stuffed chicken thighs with cauliflower mousseline, was tender, fragrant, and deeply satisfying. For those who preferred a plant-based route, the tahina roasted cauliflower steak with edamame and beetroot drops proved that indulgence is not limited to meat.

Dessert was no less enchanting. The Madini rose rice pudding, topped with crystallised hibiscus petals and a delicate green tea tulle, was as elegant to look at as it was to taste. For others, a pineapple sorbet with coconut and berry drops offered a light and refreshing finale, the perfect balance to a rich meal. Throughout the night, Saudi coffee and traditional Korean yuja-cha tea kept guests immersed in both traditions, bringing the entire menu to life with warmth and grace.
