The residences are categorized into three unique styles:​

• The Palm Residences: An inspiring symphony of Italian sophistication and Najdi restraint, blending rare stonework and intricate textiles using pure lines and minimalistic styling that reflect Mr. Armani’s impeccable taste. 

• The Botanical Residences: Capturing the elegant minimalism of the Armani design ethos, these homes draw inspiration from the natural landscape, incorporating earthy hues and botanical motifs.
